Technical planning & system direction
We plan staging, structure, lighting and audio across every function and location, and set a technical sequence that works without a full rehearsal.
Event Details
Technical direction and production delivery for the agencies and planners behind large private events and weddings: productions with the scale of a show and the discretion of a private house.

How We Support Events Like This
We work for the agency or the planner, not for the host. At the scale these productions reach in the Gulf, the technical requirement is a full show: staging, structure, lighting, audio, screen content and often live performance, sometimes across several functions on consecutive days in different locations.
What makes them different is the rehearsal. There usually isn't one, not with the people who matter. The sequence has to be built so it holds without the principals having walked it, and the timing has to absorb an evening that never runs to the minute. We plan for that and stay on site to hold it.

Production & Technical Scope
Scope varies by venue, guest count, the number of functions and how much of the evening is performance-led. These are the areas most often coordinated on a private production.
We plan staging, structure, lighting and audio across every function and location, and set a technical sequence that works without a full rehearsal.
We align lighting, audio, video, staging, structure and performance suppliers with the planner, the venue and the family's own appointed vendors.
We integrate playback, lighting states, screen content and performance requirements into one cue structure, with the flexibility to move as the evening moves.
We supervise build across each location, run the technical rehearsal that is possible, and hold the sequence live as timings shift.
