Technical planning & system direction
We design the technical approach around the reveal itself: sightlines, staging, content timing and the lighting state that the product will be seen and photographed in.
Event Details
Technical planning and show control for launches, reveals and press moments, where everything is built for a single minute that only happens once.

How We Support Events Like This
A launch is not a long show. Most of the production exists to serve one reveal, and that reveal has to land in front of press, cameras and phones at the same instant. We plan the lighting, content playback and staging backwards from that moment, and make sure every system involved in it has a fallback.
Launches also arrive with constraints other events don't have: embargoes, a product that reaches the venue late or not at all before show day, and photography that will define how the launch is remembered. We build the technical plan around those realities rather than assuming a normal rehearsal schedule.

Production & Technical Scope
Scope varies by venue, audience size, the nature of the reveal, and how the launch will be photographed or broadcast. These are the areas most often coordinated on a launch.
We design the technical approach around the reveal itself: sightlines, staging, content timing and the lighting state that the product will be seen and photographed in.
We align the lighting, audio, video and staging suppliers with the agency, the brand team and the venue, so a change to the run of show reaches everyone at once.
We synchronise content playback, lighting cues and any automation involved in the reveal, and build redundancy into every system the moment depends on.
We rehearse the reveal until it is repeatable, then run the show, including the decisions that come up when the product arrives late or changes shape.

Event Outcome
Built for a format with one peak, a room full of cameras, and no possibility of a second take.
Lighting, content and staging timed to a single moment and rehearsed until it repeats.
Backup on every system the reveal depends on, planned in rather than improvised.
Lighting levels and colour set for press photography and video, not only for the room.
