Technical planning & system direction
We assess power, access, rigging, heat and weather exposure on site, and design an installation that survives the full run rather than the first day.
Event Details
Technical planning and system design for activations, pop-ups and installations, built to run all day, for days, in spaces that were never designed for it.

How We Support Events Like This
An activation is the opposite of a show. There is no single peak and no operator standing by: the systems have to run from opening to closing, repeat reliably in front of a moving public, and recover on their own when something is interrupted. We design for that duty cycle rather than for a two-hour show.
The sites are rarely equipped. Malls, courtyards, beachfronts, retail units and temporary structures bring their own limits on power, access, noise and heat. In this region, outdoor conditions are a technical constraint, not a detail. We survey those limits first and design the installation around them.

Production & Technical Scope
Scope varies by site, duration, expected footfall, and how much of the experience is interactive. These are the areas most often coordinated on an activation.
We assess power, access, rigging, heat and weather exposure on site, and design an installation that survives the full run rather than the first day.
We align the fabrication, lighting, audio and content suppliers with the agency, the landlord or mall operator, and whoever holds the site permissions.
We build content playback, lighting and any interactive elements to start, run and reset without an operator, and to fail visibly rather than silently.
We run the install, commission the systems against a full-day test, and set the daily open-and-close routine that on-site staff can actually follow.

We define the technical approach, coordinate suppliers, and lead delivery with clarity and control.

Event Outcome
Built for a format judged on the tenth day, not on the opening night.
Start-up, run and reset designed so non-technical staff can open and close the site.
Power, access, heat and permissions established before anything is specified.
Cabling, mounting and hardware chosen for continuous public contact.
Fabrication, technical and content suppliers coordinated under a single plan.
