Workflow

How The Process Runs

Step 01

Brief & Consultation

Recommendation of the required show crew, including Project Managers, Stage Managers, Showcallers, and other key roles.

Step 02

Crew Coordination

We assign the appropriate crew for each role, followed by a general meeting with the full team.

Step 03

Show Flow & Cueing

Based on the client’s vision, we develop the run of show, cue structure, timings, and technical transitions for the event.

Step 04

Final Review

We review the full show plan with the client and confirm all final details before execution.

Step 05

Show Execution

All assigned show crew remain on standby and connected via intercom to ensure smooth event delivery.
