Technical planning & system direction
We read the riders against the venue, design audio and lighting coverage for the real room, and confirm rigging loads and power before anything is contracted.
Event Details
Technical direction and production delivery for concerts, live shows and music-led events, where the rider is a contract and the room decides whether it can be met.

How We Support Events Like This
On music-led productions the technical specification is not ours to invent: it arrives in the artist's rider. Our work is to read it against the actual venue, identify early what the room can and cannot deliver, and negotiate the gap before it becomes a problem on show day.
From there it is coverage, headroom and time. Audio coverage that works at the back and at the barrier, structural loading that the venue can take, and changeovers between acts that fit the schedule everyone signed. We direct all of it and stay responsible for the suppliers delivering it.

Production & Technical Scope
Scope varies by venue, capacity, the number of acts and the demands of the riders. These are the areas most often coordinated on a live show.
We read the riders against the venue, design audio and lighting coverage for the real room, and confirm rigging loads and power before anything is contracted.
We align audio, lighting, video, backline, rigging and power suppliers with the promoter, the venue and the artists' production teams.
We integrate front of house, monitors, backline, lighting and video into one show system, with a changeover plan that fits the running order.
We run load-in, soundcheck and changeovers, hold the schedule, and supervise the show and the strike.

Event Outcome
Built for a format where the specification is set by someone else and the venue has the final word.
What the room can deliver, established early enough to renegotiate.
Audio and lighting planned against the venue, not against a generic plot.
Time between acts planned as part of the show, not absorbed from it.
Loading and distribution confirmed with the venue before contracting.
